TO GET STARTED:

Please scan/fax a clear copy of your traffic ticket and any proofs needed for your case to us. Make sure to include your call back number on this information if sending a fax.


We will need the following:

A) Traffic ticket

B) Courtesy notice, if received

C) Proofs of correction, if cited for correctable violation (window tint, front plate, insurance)


  1. Scan and email or fax (you can take a clear picture with your cell phone and email us the ticket, make sure to include your phone number)
  2. Make sure you include a call back number in your email or fax.
  3. We will call you to confirm receipt and verify information.
  4. If you do not hear from us, then assume we did not get your fax or email. Please call our office to confirm: 619-563-1515
